Phase One consisted of a two-story 5,100 square foot contemporary estate home in the hillside area of Studio City. Phase Two, just entering construction, is a 4,000 square foot two-story addition housing a master bedroom suite, library, and living room. To complete the project a guest house, currently in the design phase, will be built adjacent to a large pool.
