A "residential feeling" was the request by the owner of this new location for their Mediterranean restaurant. In addition to both indoor and outdoor dining, the restaurant contains a banquet facility for 100 people. There are three 900 square foot retail units adjacent that, with the restaurant, create a large courtyard intended to enhance the "European street" feeling to become a destination for outdoor entertainment.
